Just two days after Dexter Fowler said he was heading to the Baltimore Orioles for a reported $33 Million, he changed his mind and will remain with the Chicago Cubs. He’ll receive $8 Mill for one year with an option for 2017 worth $9Mill.

In other trade news, looks like San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick wants out. Kaepernicks agents expressed their client wants permission from the team to seek a trade. Apparently, 49ers’ management has a disconnect as they claim Kaepernick is happy and wants to stay. We’ll see how this turns out.
