Kobe and Lebron’s Final Matchup, NBA’s Nate Robinson Attempting NFL Career

NBA

Kobe and LebronKobe Bryant’s farewell played out another chapter Thursday night when the LA Lakers played the Cleveland Cavaliers and Kobe and Lebron James faced off against each other for the 22nd time of their careers. Both had double digit points (26 for Kobe and 24 for Lebron) but the Cavaliers came out with the win and the crowd went crazy seeing these superstars hug it out. Cavs 120, Lakers 108.

Nate Robison is attempting an amazing feat! As a current free agent in the NBA, he is using his “downtime” to try out for the NFL. Nate used to play football at the University of Washington but hasn’t taken the field in over 11 years. At 31 years old, the NBA point guard could be the first athlete in history to play for an NBA and NFL team. We’ve seen football and baseball (Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders) and basketball and baseball (Michael Jordan) but never basketball and football. Good luck Nate!
