Arrieta & Keuchel Win Cy Young, Johnny Football Starts For Browns
BASEBALL
The Cy Young Award went to two heavily bearded facial hair pitchers. The Chicago Cubs Jake Arrieta won the National League Cy Young Award and the Houston Astros Dallas Keuchel won the award for the American League.  The award is giving yearly to the best pitchers in the National League and American League in baseball.
Arrieta went on a late season tear that propelled his Cubs to the playoffs and Keuchel led the Astros to the playoffs for the first time since 2005. Both winners overcame difficult starts in the League but came to dominate due to hard work and perseverance. Congrats.
FOOTBALL
Johnny Manziel, aka Johnny Football, has taken over as the starting QB for the Cleveland Browns over injured Josh McCown. The 2012 Heisman Trophy winner had a rough start in his first season of the NFL with a stint in rehab but now seems to have matured and will be leading his team.
New Englands QB Tom Brady was named GQ’s Man of the Year. The magazine hits stands next week with an article about Brady being the the Greatest QB of all time.
