WATERCOOLER CHAT: UT QB HAS HISTORIC DAY, HEIMLICH MANEUVER IN BEEF BOWL

On Wednesday, University of Texas Quarterback, David Ash, had an historic day as he became one of only three other QB’s to catch a TD pass in the Holiday Bowl. Hall of Famer, Steve Young was one of the others when he was QB at BYU. UT beat Cal  21-10.
Mark Asper, Guard for Oregon, performed the Heimlich maneuver on a choking man at Lawry’s Steak House in Beverly Hills in the traditional Beef Bowl. The Beef Bowl is a where the two teams playing in the Rose Bowl on January 2nd get treated to a pre-game meal. Oregon will take on Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl January 2nd.
