NBA Draft Update: Simmons, Ingram, Brown, Bender And Dunn Go Top 5, Ben Affleck’s Rant On Deflategate

It’s official. The Philadelphia 76ers drafted Ben Simmons with their #1 pick. Duke’s Brandon Ingram went to the Los Angeles Lakers with the second pick and the Boston Celtics took University of California’s Jaylen Brown with #3.  With the #4 pick, Maccabi Tel Aviv’s Dragan Bender went to the Phoenix Suns. To round out the top 5, Kris Dunn from Providence went to the Minnesota Timberwolves.  The big surprise of the draft was the Oklahoma City Thunder sending Serge Ibaka to the Orlando Magic for Victor Oladipo and Ersan Ilyaysova in addition to their 11th pick. Social media went crazy with this trade. Many believed the Magic gave up too much claiming Ibaka has never made an all-star game in his 7 seasons with OKC. For complete draft coverage, click here.
