Packers Selling Stock, 49ers Beat Rams On MNF, Deebo Dons Celebratory Chain

The Green Bay Packers will offer up 300,000 shares of stock at $300 each in their first stock sale since 2011. The sale begins Tuesday morning and will end on February 25th, 2022. The Packers will use the money for improvements to Lambeau Field. The Packers are the only publicly owned team in the NFL.
On Monday Night Football, the San Francisco 49ers handily beat the Los Angeles Rams 31-10 for their first home win in more than a year. One of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s two touchdown passes went to wide receive Deebo Samuel who quickly donned the team’s celebratory gold chain necklace. According to Samuel, teammate Jason Verrett “got it for the team. Whenever you make a play, you put it on.â€
