Week 4 Highlights: Brady Returns For Win, Jets/Giants Win, SB Halftime Show Announced, MLB Playoffs Set,

FOOTBALL

Week 4 is almost over. Here are a few highlights. On Thursday night, the Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags QB Trevor Lawrence, the #1 pick in the 2021 draft, fell to 0-4 in his NFL career, which is more losses than he had in high school and college combined.

Tom Brady’s return to New England, where he played for 20 years, was the story of the weekend. The Pats’ Nick Folk barely missed a field goal giving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a 19-17 win.

The New York Jets and Giants finally both pulled out wins. The Jets 27, Titans 24 in OT and Giants 27, Saints 21 in OT.

The NFL announced the Super Bowl halftime show featuring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Bilge, and Kendrick Lamar. The Pepsi SB LVI Halftime Show will be on February 13th at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

The Major League Baseball playoffs are set.

American League: Rays, Astros, White Sox, Red Sox (Wild Card), and Yankees (Wild Card)

National League: Giants, Brewers, Braves, Dodgers (Wild Card), Cardinals (Wild Card)
