The U.S. Open is underway, but unfortunately crowd favorite Venus Williams lost in the first round, her worst loss in 100 career matches at the tournament.


Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund acquired a minority stake in the Professional Fighters League. The Financial Times reported that the investment would be $100 million (in a league valued at $500 million).
