North Carolina Lawmakers proposed a change Wednesday night to the controversial HB2 “bathroom bill”. The NCAA moved the 2017 All Star Game from Charlotte, NC  to New Orleans due to what they felt was a discriminatory law. It’s not yet clear if the LGBTQ community accepts the compromise, and if the NCAA thinks the new bill goes far enough to warrant re-instating NCAA events.
