Harden Scores 26 In Home Debut, Abramovich Selling Stake In Chelsea, IPC Banning Russian Athletes

James Harden scored 26 points in his home debut for the Philadelphia 76ers while Ben Simmons (who was traded by the Sixers to the Nets in exchange for Harden) is still recovering from an injury with no timeline yet for when he’ll be making his debut. Sixers 123, Knicks 108.
SOCCER
Russian Oligarch Roman Abramovich is selling his stake in the Chelsea Club and promising to distribute the proceeds from the sale to the victims of the war in Ukraine. Abramovich has been under the microscope for his alleged ties to Vladimir Putin.
OLYMPICS
The International Paralympic Committee reversed an earlier decision and announced it is banning Russian, Belarusian athletes from competing in the Beijing Games which will begin on March 4th.
