Bengals/Rams In Super Bowl LVI, Brady May Retire, Nadal’s Historic Win

FOOTBALL

After one of the most entertaining seasons of NFL football, the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams will face off in Super Bowl LVI.

The Bengals were down 21-3 in the second quarter but thanks to quarterback Joe Burrow (who is only in his second season) the team clawed their way back to an overtime win over the Kansas City Chiefs. This will be the Bengal’s first Super Bowl appearance since 1989.  Bengals 27, Chiefs 24

The Los Angeles Rams also overcame a second-half deficit to beat the San Francisco 49ers 20-17.

The Rams will face the Bengals on February 13th at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA for the Championship.

In other football news, we could be witnessing the end of an era with the announcement Tom Brady may be retiring from football after 22 seasons and seven Super Bowl titles. The GOAT hasn’t confirmed his retirement yet and could be waiting to make the announcement in the spring during the final episode of his documentary series “Man in the Arena”.

TENNIS

Rafael Nadal beat Daniil Medvedev at the Australian Open to grab his 21st Grand Slam title. He now holds the record for most men’s major championships, edging out Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic who both hold 20 wins.
