Gronk Says Edelman Will Join Bucs, Gillette Stadium Full Capacity, NFL Requires Vaccine, NCAA Set To Approve Transfer Rule

FOOTBALL

Rob Gronkowski is floating a rumor that his newly retired former New England Patriots’ teammate Julian Edelman will “unretire” to join him and Tom Brady in Tampa Bay. He’s randomly said there is a “69% chance” he’ll come out of retirement.

Speaking of the Patriots, President Jonathan Kraft is hoping to get Gillette Stadium to full capacity when the season begins in September.

The NFL sent a memo to the League stating that “any team employee who refuses a COVID-19 vaccination without ‘bona fide medical or religious ground’ will be barred from working directly with players.”

NCAA

The NCAA is expected to approve a rule allowing athletes to transfer schools one-time without having to sit out a season. Previously, athletes were forced to lose a year of eligibility if they switched schools.
