Alabama Vs Notre Dame, Clemson Vs Ohio State In CFP, Jets Win But Could Lose, Bills Clinch, Hill Drinks Pickle Juice, NHL Returns Jan 13th

FOOTBALL

The College Football Playoff is set. # 1 Alabama will face #4 Notre Dame in the Rose Bowl, while #2 Clemson will take on #2 Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl. The semifinals will be played on January 1st, and the winners will meet in Miami on January 11th in the championship game.

In the NFL, the New York Jets finally won a game this season. With a 23-20 victory over the Los Angeles Rams, the Jets are now 1-13 on the season. While fans are happy to finally see their team win, the Jets could have ruined their chances of securing the number one pick in the draft. They are now tied with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the worst record in the league and could potentially lose out to the Jags based on a tiebreaker that takes into account the strength of schedule for each team.

The Buffalo Bills clinched their first division title since 1995 with a decisive win over the Denver Broncos.

Many were wondering what Kansas City Chiefs’ wide receiver Tyreek Hill was drinking on the sidelines during the game. It looked as if he was downing a miniature bottle of alcohol, but it was only pickle juice, which is apparently great for hydration. The Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints 32-29.

The NHL announced the League will return on January 13th with a 56-game season.
