Warriors Go On Spree And Take Game 2, Dwayne Wade Surprises HS Graduates

The Golden State Warriors defeated the Toronto Raptors in game 2 of the NBA Finals thanks do a scoring spree in the second quarter and a dominant second half.  The Warriors looked stale in the first quarter, but came alive in the middle of the second and went on a 37-12 run. The game remained close until the final seconds when the Warriors Andre Iguodala shot a three-pointer to secure the win. With the series tied at one game apiece, the Warriors head home for the next two games of the series. Game 3 is Wednesday night at 9:00 pm ET. Golden State 109, Toronto 104

Former Miami Heat player Dwayne Wade showed up as a surprise speaker at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School graduation. Wade has taken a special interest in the Parkland, Florida school since the mass shooting there last March which killed 14 students and three staff members.  Wade closed his graduation remarks by having the students join him in a cheer he used to recite while playing for the Heat in the 2013 NBA Finals, “to the last man, to the last minute, to the last second, we fight, we fight, we fight!”
