On Tuesday, the Oakland Raiders welcomed Jon Gruden back to the team as their next head coach in a news conference filled with over 110 members of the media and some former Hall of Fame Raider players including Jerry Rice, Jim Plunkett, Howie Long and Tim Brown.  Mark Davis, the son of the late Al Davis, announced he’d been wanting to re-hire Gruden for the past 7 years but each time he made an offer, Gruden declined to stay working for ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Gruden signed a 10-year contract worth an estimated $100 million.
