Raptors Win In OT, Kentucky Derby Saturday Night

Game 2 between the Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors was fairly ugly during regulation play but the Raptors came out strong in overtime to even up the series. The Raptors haven’t lost back to back games all post-season and they showed they certainly weren’t prepared to lose Thursday night. Game 3 is Saturday afternoon. Raptors 96, Heat 92.
KENTUCKY DERBY
The 142 running of the Kentucky Derby takes place Saturday 6:34 pm. (EST). The Derby is the 1st leg of the Triple Crown (Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes). Winning all 3 races is one of the most prestigious accomplishments in all of sports. There have only been 12 horses (most recently last year’s American Pharoah) to have achieved this feat. This year’s Derby favorite is Nyquist but there are 19 other horses filling out the field so if you’re betting, there are no wrong answers. Just remember the race is only 2 minutes long so don’t be late. There’s a reason it’s called “the most exciting 2 minutes in sports”. Drink mint julips, wear a crazy hat and have fun!
